The motorcade circulates through the streets of Dallas. In certain streets there are a lot of people in the sidewalks. The limousine must stops some times so that the President greets people.

There's a lot of people in the streets. The limousine has to stop many times. The President want to get in touch with the people.

Many open windows are observed, what is a serious lack of security in any presidential motorcade, much more keeping in mind what was knew by everyone: that Dallas was a hostile city to President Kennedy.
